Hemorrhoids are such a pain in the butt. Literally. Pun intended.
If you’ve ever suffered from this problem you might not be laughing now (too painful) but you certainly know what I’m talking about. Most people spend so many hours of the day sitting on their posteriors it’s hard to ignore how uncomfortable hemorrhoids can be.
Even if you’re using on of those inflatable doughnut-cushions, which might make the pain a bit more bearable, there’s still that incessant itching to contend with. And, of course, the misery of using the restroom facilities can sometimes seem unbearable. Is there any relief available?
There are so many products on the market that promise to help. Preparation-H has been around since as long as I can remember. I recall how seeing their commercials on TV when I was a kid always made us laugh out loud. I still remember one of their pitch lines – ’shrink hemorrhoidal tissue’, like it was yesterday.
Somewhere I read or heard that this stuff doesn’t really work for the use intended, but that it’s great when applied to the area under one’s eyes to get rid of those telltale eye-bags. Hehe.
